So like everyone I was super sceptical about placing an order, so much so I sent a follow-up email and called their helpline within a week of placing the order. I was almost sure either my parcel won't reach me at all or it will arrive in a horrible condition. When I sent a follow-up email, I didn't get any reply from their team so I decided to call their helpline and the agent assured my order is going to reach the international shipping facility the same day and It did! I received constant updates about my order and yesterday I finally received my parcel after 13 days of placing the order and boy I was happy, the quality is perfect and Im super satisfied. I would recommend everyone to give this site one more shot!

This by far the worst thing I've every experienced from a major department store, especially from Saks. I placed an order by in September it was supposed to be delivered on 9-23-20. My package never arrived, when I checked the tracking it said delivered however I never received the package I contacted my local FedEx office and the 800 FedEx number I also went to my local FedEx office. After conducting an investigation my local FedEx office stated that the driver delivered the package to the incorrect address he went to retrieve the packages and they were no longer their mind you I had other packages not only from Saks from another stores also. Clearly someone is not doing their job correctly because if the correct investigation was completed and they called the local Fed ex office as stated with the number that I provided it is on file that the package was delivered to an incorrect address that was stated 1120 Chesaco Ave. Versus the correct. This has been a constant battle since September 23 every week and still have not been a resolution to this matter. I received an email stating g that it was resolved no refund issued. Contacted SAks credit card no refund. At this time I am looking to move further to take it to court to have it resolved it is no reason why I should be having a battle over 2 1/2 months for a refund total from a major store.
My local FedEx office number is to all of those that do not do the work they were supposed to do. *******140

1800 Fedex stated Saks needs to fill out a claim so I can get my refund still no refund.

Knock off designer handbag

I urge anyone reading this review to reconsider shopping at Saks Off Fifth. I purchased a Ferragamo hand bag in October of last year and hardly even wore it because I live in California and most everything was shut down till recently. I just so happen to be wearing it recently as I was shopping at Ferragamo in the city and the sales clerk asked me where I got my bag? I told her I got at Saks off fifth, she asked if she could look at closer and I of course didn't mind this only to be told that the bag was not authentic. I was in complete shock and to mention embarrassed having paid over $1000 for it. I contacted off 5th and they told me to send it back and even emailed me a shipping label, only to find out that this is a scam they pull bcs it has been over 3 weeks and still no refund!

I contacted their customer service only to be told that they are shipping the bag back to me bcs it has no tags. They don't care that they sold me a fake bag. But I'm not completely done with them as I am going to expose them for their fake products and the fraudulent ways they are deceiving the consumer.

I ordered a pair Hugo boss shoes from…

I ordered a pair Hugo boss shoes from Saks off fifth Avenue about a month ago .I receive the shoes the shoes look worn as if someone had already wore the shoes. Imediately call Saks to let them know I wanted to send the shoes back .I sent them back they send me the shoes again telling me they were final sale and I could no longer return them .I explain why I was returning the shoes and explain to them hey the shoes look horrible .I can’t Believe they would send a customer something of such poor quality they asked me to take pictures which I did the representative agreed and had the shoes pick back up .well today almost 3 weeks later they sent me the exact same pair shoes again with a note saying it was a final sale .I have explain to saks numerous of times you don’t have to give me money back just give me a credit but you can’t expect me to pay for something to look like this .I can’t Believe they would send a customer something of such poor quality they asked me to take pictures which I did .the representative agreed and had the shoes pick back up . well today almost 3 weeks later they sent me the exact same pair shoes again with a note saying it was a final sale .I spoke with a customer representative again today ask to speak to a supervisor she told me that he was busy and would call me back within 24 hours .the next step to do next is post on social media for my 25,000 followers can see what has happened to me .I have spent thousands of dollars of product from this company in the last three years and this is how I’m being treated for a $132.00 .Bottom line is , I did everything Sak customer service ask me to do and this is how I get treated .If a customer service representative who can help and really care to help me please contact me .

Do not ever shop here!

Do not ever shop here!! I returned an item in the timeframe allowed, and was sent a return label. I returned it and a few weeks later, it arrived back at my house with a note that stated the return time expired.
I WAS OUTRAGED! I was told several times by different reps that it was acceptable, and now after several months they won't accept it. They tried to give me a 25.00 gift card which I refused. I will keep fighting to get what I deserve which is a full Refund. I willl NEVER shop here again!

More use trash!

There's no way this store doesn't check their merchandise on returns, or people are stealing and exchanging items in the warehouse! I have 5 more pair of shoes coming and I'm not excited to see their condition. I didn't order size 12 Bally shoes so I'm really trying to figure out how that was the box that was used!

Terrible Customer Service for on line orders

I have ordered a pair of sneakers which supposedly were sent out 10 days ago. I am trying to call their customer (dis)service to no avail. Either they put you on hold forever or they don't answer at all. It is horrible and very frustrating! I hope somebody listens:-(

Scam

After placing an order friday april 9th got q call on the 10th saying i needed to "verify" my information... the guy said i must give him my shipping information along with my card details... nope not happening this place is a scam... seems they let you order then say they must verify your information when in reality they're stealing it... could be a scam site made to look legit

Saks Off 5th.

Tried to buy something with the 25% sale that was underway. Tried to place my purchase at 10:45PM with sale lasting to midnight. Site was not active. Send a letter to customer service and they never responded. They don't care about the customer... bottom line... you mean nothing!

Bad policy change

They don't do price adjustment if item goes on sale even if I didn't even receive it yet. All stores make price adjustment some within 2 weeks, others within months, but saks off doesn't make it at all.

Extremely dishonest company

Don't shop here. I ordered 4 pairs of jeans. I pair was not included. I called customer service and was frankly told this was not an isolated incident! The company has yet to rectify the problem. I returned the remainder jeans over 2 weeks ago. No response from customer service despite email on their website. I've spent thousands with this company. As I explained to them, a $59 pair of jeans is not going to make or break me, but it's the principle of it, especially when their own reps say items being left out of orders is a prevalent problem. Shop elsewhere!

Terrible customer Servise

I usually spend $10k every year on Saks Off. I was highly disappointed in my last purchase. The shoes I ordered were the wrong size. I return them to the incorrect address (no return label was provided). Weeks later, I got the package back, and I sent it to the correct address. I call them explaining the situation on why the return was late. They said no and didn't even answer my emails—bad Customer service.
